Banafood Services has one of the most modern ripening facilities in Europe and complies with current environmental requirements with:

Water cooling met reversible air flow.
Ripening with high air humidity.
The 'stop and go' system.

All ripening rooms are monitored 24/7 via a computer and can also be tracked remotely on a tablet or smartphone. This unique system has been developed based on no less than 45 years of experience, in collaboration with our installation partner.
